Holistic counselling & positive psychology combines traditional therapy techniques with alternative holistic methods.
Sometimes it can be difficult to open up and "talk" in an new environment. Each therapy will include therapeutic relaxation techniques in a peaceful comfortable setting.
When we "talk" we are able to open up, see and view our obstacles in a different light. Changes in our cognitive behaviour and thought patterns can stimulate inner healing and insight into the trauma at the root of your worries.
Each session will include adequate time to talk, plan, note take and set tasks and goals before your next visit.
I believe in an holistic approach to mental health that addresses the mind, body, and spirit. I strive to create a welcoming and safe environment where my client feels comfortable and supported.
