Follow Vicarage Road past Falcon Hotel and Brendon Arms, & Efford campsite on right. The canal flats on left.  You'll see a red post box on right.  Take next immediate right up narrow farm lane (some potholes take it slow) there is also a sign for Efford Down Business Park at the turning entrance.  Ignore Arundel Terrace on left.  Continue along lane turn right into courtyard.  Unit 9 is straight over the cattle grid between the farm buildings and wall with car park sign.  You can either use the car park and walk around, or park in front of unit with grass mat and plant pots.
